Is it really JULY?

We are having record LOW temperatures in the heart of the Bluegrass today. In fact, with the overcast skies and chilly breeze I would swear it's October! So much for global warming. It's funny. I'm not that old but I remember in the 70's when Buffalo, NY was hit by blizzard after blizzard and the city was completely crippled-scientists were convinced that we were going into another Ice Age. Now we have scientific consensus about Global Warming. Not fact-concensus. Scientific consensus has brought many fine theories in Human history-the earth is flat, spontaneous generation, the universe revolves around the Earth, etc, etc. How about some actual facts here, guys?
