November Giveaway

The winner for October is Melissa-Congratulations! Melissa chose the exotic amazon teakwood-great choice.

For my November giveaway I will be giving away a bar of handmade soap. Yes, I'm taking the plunge into soapmaking! I have ordered some soap from a fellow teambluegrass member and it is so much better than anything store bought I just couldn't resist any more! I will have vegan friendly soaps as well as some NOT vegan friendly soaps. Since this is still in the works I will have to list choices later. AND my soaps will be scented with pure essential oils.
As always just leave a comment.........
UPDATE............The choices I will have available for this giveaway are......
UNSCENTED- A plain castille soap made with olive, coconut, soybean, and castor oils plus shea butter.
LAVENDER/YLANG YLANG-Same formula as above but scented with essential oils and lavender buds added.
COCOA BUTTER-I was going to scent this one but the rich chocolately smell was so wonderful I didn't want to change it.
CALENDULA/ROSE-I just poured this one. This formula is for inflammed or sensitive skin-would also be a great baby soap. This is made with calendula infused olive oil, shea butter, coconut oil and a touch of castor oil to make the soap more bubbly. I also added powdered rose petals and a little lavender essential oil.
CASTILLE SOAP scented with Lavender and Petitgrain. This will be SOOOO relaxing!

I know what you mean about handmade soap. It is SOOOO much better than anything mass produced. I especially love goats milk soap. There is just something so silky and smooth about it. I would love to try your soap also. Please enter me.

I haven't used handmade soap for YEARS. It is so much better than the mass-produced stuff, and lasts longer, too! Super best of luck on your soap making-- I can't wait to see what you make!:D

I've been wanting to make handmade soap for years, but have never gotten around to investing in the supplies. Hopefully someday I'll find the time, and the space to do it. Good luck to you!

Homemade soap is awesome - usually much prettier and nicer-smelling than other soaps, as well. :) Castille sounds very nice . . .
